A pair of small booties for charity. These will go to the local public hospital.

These were a quick knit. Two evenings watching the Olympics. I had to fiddle with the pattern a little to make it work, so I’m not sure I’d use it again.
I’m working my way through the fibre stash. This is 100% silk.

I was aiming for a smooth spin, but it’s a bit fluffy. It’s lovely and soft though and will make a nice scarf.

The silk looks lovely. You captured the sheen of the silk perfectly in your photo.
Hi that yarn is gorgeous! Lovely seeing GG spinning. You have all cerainly been through it re health problems and hope you are all fully recovered. The quilt you made is so lovely – it’s owner very lucky!! We have been enjoying the Olympics as well, especially being at a football match last Saturday Japan v Egypt at Old Trafford – Manchester. Apologies if I mentioned this before. I had a small op yesterday under general anaesthetic – feel a lot better today. I was in just for the day and able to come home last night. Am being very lazy today but my grandsons will arrive later (DH gone to meet DIL halfway) and their mum and dad on Saturday and it will be all go. Love seeing them all though. Take care. Anne x
