Yesterday was ‘Knitting for Gorgeous Girl’ day, and this
is going to become this by her.
One of the odd things about living up high is that you can actually see the weather change. Yesterday this mist rolled up the mountain.
The picture is taken from my living room window. We now have some lovely cool weather, which is great because today is ‘Quilting’ day and once this post is finished the quilt and I are going to spend some quality time together.
Time for gratuitous cute kid pictures – this is what greets me 9 times out of 10 after Gorgeous Girl’s nap.
On Sunday we put a large sheet on the floor of the living room so that Gorgeous Girl could crawl around (she’s having some reflux issues, so this was a way to save cleaning the carpet). It worked quite well until…
Somebody decided to hide.
Hope you all have a great day, I have a quilt waiting for me…
What an utterly adorable little wrap-around dress that’s going to be! I really MUST learn to knit … someday. LOL! Seriously, you make such gorgeous things, and I so enjoy my knitted socks from friends. By the way, Arden’s still getting great use of the knitted goodies you made for him. ๐
Great gratutious cute kid pics!
That is a great dress! Looks like it is quick enough, might have to keep that as an idea for friends having babies!
Your daughter is too cute!
Is there anything better than peeking into a crib and seeing a little cherub smiling back at you? Well so far, the only thing better than that around here is now when I peek in he says “Mama!” She’s got some smile!
What a gorgeous little dress. Also love GG’s photos, she is getting far too cute.
Peek-a-boo! I see a GG!!
Those photos are SO cute… bubs certainly is growing fast…
What a giggle, they are so entertaining at that age, such a little cutie.
Lovely knitting! That is a gorgeous pattern. She’s a cutie (even under the sheet!)
ohh- i hope you enjoy knitting the dress! i had completely forgotten about that pattern! ๐
gosh GG is growing up fast! it’s so much fun when babies learn the ‘peekaboo’ hiding thing.
take care,

Oh! how I remember those days of following crawling babies with a wet cloth to mop up’reflux issues’ Happy days!!!
Very cute pictures! E had reflux issues, too. We ended up putting a brick under each crib leg (at the head of her bed.) That seemed to help.
Blossom will be so cute! It looks like a fun knit too.
Looks like she’s got her Halloween costume sorted out.
